STRENGTHS:
-Willful: Weiss refuses to accept anything that could be considered a failure, for better or for worse. Once she has it in her head to do something, there's no stopping her. This is part of what lead to her attending Beacon over Atlas Academy in canon.
-Intelligent: She's had a top tier education due to her father, which only added to her natural intelligence. She's capable of impressive deductive reasoning, even if it may be tainted by her own bias.
-Dedicated: Once Weiss makes a decision to do something she will move heaven and earth to accomplish her goals. Be it attending a certain combat academy, or changing her own self. Once she made the decision to become a better person, she ended up hardly recognizable from who she was before.
FLAWS:
-Prideful: She only accepts the best from both herself and those associated with her. She considers anything below decisive success a failure. She tends to think of herself as better than those around her, even if she doesn't always realize it.
-Stubborn: Once again, Weiss refuses to accept anything that could be considered a failure, for better or for worse. This can get her in trouble, as she's been raised with some rather unsavory beliefs. Not least of which is that Faunus are inherently untrustworthy.
-Lonely: Weiss has been isolated for most of her life, and has little positive experience with other people. This has only been offset by her older sister, Winter. As such, she lacks tact, often offending others with her blunt words.

AU CHARACTER NAME: Weiss Schnee
AGE: 17
GRADE: 12
AU BACKSTORY: As the heiress to the Schnee Mining Company, Weiss had high expectations put upon her from an early age. She was expected to be the best at everything, and if she wasn't, she was trained until she was.
Having an emotionally distant and more than borderline abusive father, and an increasingly absent alcoholic mother, Weiss could only rely on her older sister Winter and the family butler Klein to truly help her. This came to a head on her tenth birthday, when her father admitted that he only married her mother just for the company.
After Winter left home for her own training, Klein struggled to keep Weiss from being too influenced by her father. He only partially succeeded in this task, resulting in Weiss becoming a picture perfect heiress on the outside, while on the inside taking every chance she could get to rebel against her father in a way she could get away with.
She eventually told her father that she wanted to attend Daybreak Academy, and she wasn't willing to take "no" for an answer. He put together a trial that was supposed to be impossible for her and agreed to let her attend if she could overcome it. She faced a golem, designed to be resistant to everything she could do to it. To her father's shock, she defeated the golem with only a scar over her left eye to show for it. Having already agreed, her father then had no choice but to allow her to attend.
Attending Daybreak and is returning from sabbatical.
AU PERSONALITY DEVIATION: There's basically no deviation, her backstory is functionally the same.
RACE: Dhampir (Unknown to her)
SECRET SOCIETY: Second child of the vampire Jacques Schnee, formerly Gele.
POWERS: A Flame, having the same ability as her sister, mother, and grandfather: Glyphs. These glyphs consist of several abilities themselves, depending on configuration.
Black: Small scale gravity manipulation, able to hold things in place.
White: Propulsion, able to launch anything that fits in it with large amounts of force.
Yellow: Haste, enhancing it's target's speed and reflexes.
Unique: This ability is able to summon facsimiles of defeated foes, an ability that Weiss has yet to accomplish.
